The villa is finished in traditional Balinese materials of teak. It has three fully air-conditioned bedrooms.This large two -story holiday villa fuses elements of Western architectural culture with the splendid building traditions of Bali. The stark geometry of the roof defines the principal lines of the internal spaces.
The ridge of the main roof corresponds to a walkway which connects the spaces on the first floor.To accentuate this continuity of space, the upper balconied level overlooks the entertainment area below.

This is divided into an open sitting area with  a dining  part behind . It is illuminated by artificial lighting, which utilizes the roof as a reflecting surface, and casts a soft, mellow  hue around the interior.

The large swimming pool is settled in a lush tropical garden and has also a smaller connected pool for childrens.

There is an abundant use of natural materials in the finishes : "bengkerai" wood on the floor, "paras" cladding on the walls, woven matting on the roof and wood shingles from Borneo on the roof's exterior, are vernacular touches.

Fully staffed and equipped, guest have the opportunity to choose from a menu of Italian and Indonesian specialties prepared by a resident trained chef.
A fantastic entertainment area that is totally open to the surroundings garden completes the house design.Comprising a lily-moated square pavilion, connected to the main house by a covered walkway, this simple detached structure was inspired by the traditional " bale" design. Here it takes on a new form and it offers amazing views over the garden and swimming pool and the rice terraced valley beyond.
Three AC bedrooms , two are located at the ground floor sharing one bathroom.(One bedroom with mezzanine, perfect for childrens). The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has its own bathroom and a stunning view on the rice paddings surrounding the property. The villa is located in Kerobokan/Umalas only few minutes from all best Seminyak's restaurants and night clubs and the beach where is located the Oberoi resort and well know restaurants such as "La Lucciola, Kudeta, Living Room". The staff included maids , pool attendant, security and a well trained cook for excellent in house dining(Italian and asian cuisine).
