VILLA NIPI

The villa is located in Legian on 600 m2 of land and only few hundreds mt. from the beach and all best restaurants , clubs and shops.

There is space for 2 cars outside the gate. The gate opens into the front garden which has a fish pond before the front door. There is a small back courtyard and also the pool area.
Downstairs contains a large open plan living area, dining and western style kitchen with an electrolux oven and breakfast bar. There is also another small seperate area with daybeds and a long desk for office purposes and a CD player. Two double bedrooms open off the downstairs each with air con, ceiling fans, TVs and ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have double doors leading to the garden and courtyard.
Upstairs is another living area with a large comfortable couch and TV with Indovision and DVD player. The 3rd bedroom is off this and has a double bed, air con, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom. It has double doors opening onto a small balcony.The pool is about 21m2 and salt water. There is oudoor furniture, table, chairs and sunloungers and a bale bengong. The beach is a 3 minute walk either through the hotel or down a gang.
The villa comes with 2 staff (a cleaner and gardener) there is a night security man as well. The staff will deal with laundry too. They have a seperate toilet to use. Their hours are 8 or 9am until 3 or 4pm. The staff will also register the guests free of charge. There is no phone line but 20m down the street is an internet cafe.Nearby restaurants next door will deliver meals to the house on a pay as you go basis.
